It very comforting to know that God answers even on one of our worst days.

The people praying for their king - maybe before he leaves for battle. Their faith is firm that the Lord will give the victory and they will rejoice with banners ready when he returns.
Their trust is not in chariots and horses, but in the name of the Lord.

What do you make of this chapter? What do you think of my summary? How would you summarise it?

Chris Juby

I summarised all 1,189 chapters of the Bible on Twitter - one tweet per chapter, one chapter per day for over three years.

These are the summaries of the book of Psalms.

They are written to help you understand and remember what's going on in the chapter, but they're no substitute for reading the Bible for yourself.
