I would like to get the better explanation of this chapter

Carole

Reading verses 1 & 2 we get a glimpse of the death and resurrection of Jesus.
For us, Jesus was torn to pieces, nailed to the cross, placed in a sealed tomb and conquered death on the third day.

Like Adam; Israel and Judah have "transgressed the covenant." In the house of Israel God has seen horrible things.

What do you make of this chapter? What do you think of my summary? How would you summarise it?

Chris Juby

I summarised all 1,189 chapters of the Bible on Twitter - one tweet per chapter, one chapter per day for over three years.

These are the summaries of the book of Hosea.

They are written to help you understand and remember what's going on in the chapter, but they're no substitute for reading the Bible for yourself.

Find out about the project here, you can buy the Bible Summary book on Kindle or in paperback, and feel free to get in contact if you have any comments or questions.
