David wasn't fearful of Goliath he remembered God was with him so David prayed to God asking for his help David put a stone in his sling it hit Goliath on his head and Goliath fell down The Israelites cheered that's how David was a heroine of the bible!
David knew where his strength came from...V 37 The Lord who rescued me from the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear will rescue me from the hand of this Philistine.’
